The central air conditioning condenser is very easy to scale, and the daily water treatment should be done during the summer cooling period, otherwise the inorganic salts dissolved in the water in the circulating water system will crystallize and precipitate with the increase of temperature, forming scale on the wall of the heat exchange surface of the condenser, resulting in the reduction of heat exchange efficiency. At the same time, if the hard scale increases, the energy consumption will increase, and the hard scale will increase by 6~10 when the thickness of 1mm is 1mm.  Due to the dirt formed by the soil, sediment and humus of the water, and the biological slime formed by microorganisms such as bacteria and algae and their secretions, it will attach to the wall of the heat exchange pipe of the condenser to form mud, and in serious cases, the pipeline will be blocked; The dirt and slime will affect the heat exchange efficiency, consume more electric energy, cause high-pressure operation, and cause overpressure shutdown in serious cases. All this seriously affected the normal operation of the condenser.  Condenser cleaning is divided into physical cleaning and chemical cleaning, physical cleaning generally uses high-pressure water jet to clean out the mud and dirt of the condenser copper pipe; If the scale is hard scale, it should be chemically cleaned and cannot be physically removed. In order for the condenser to operate optimally, the condenser must be subjected to a special chemical treatment to remove scale, rust, slime, sterilization and anti-corrosion treatment, and reduce it to a clean metal surface.  The cleaning process is as follows: 1. Close the valve of the cooling water in and out of the condenser, and use the thermometer tube, pressure gauge tube or sewage pipe to connect the anti-corrosion pump and the liquid distribution tank to make a small circulation system and circulate cleaning.  2. First add pickling corrosion inhibitor, which is a special copper corrosion inhibitor, which is attached to the inner wall of the condenser metal to prevent the acid from reacting with the metal.  3. Add solid pickling cleaning agent to clean scale with calcium carbonate scale as the main component, and the cleaning agent is a composite solid organic acid, white crystal, non-corrosive to metal, and weak acid; The amount of cleaning agent used depends on the amount of fouling in the equipment.  4. Add sludge stripping agent (optional), if the condenser equipment is thickly scaled, it is necessary to add sludge stripper to promote the rapid dissolution of the products after the scale reaction in water and accelerate the deep scale reaction 5. Add neutralizing passivator, after chemical cleaning in the condenser, neutralize the residual acid to prevent the metal surface oxidation and the formation of secondary floating rust.  6. Cleaning process: A. Cleaning temperature: generally used for room temperature cleaning, if the scale is thick, it can be cleaned at 40 °C ~ 50 °C to improve the cleaning speed.  B. Close the valves in and out of the unit, and use the pressure gauge or thermometer tube, anti-corrosion pump, and acid tank to connect the cleaning circulation system. Corrosion inhibitor is added first when cleaning, organic acid is slowly added after uniform corrosion inhibitor circulation, the reaction should be detected regularly during cleaning, and the cleaning agent needs to be supplemented when it is insufficient, so as to ensure that there is enough acid and scale reaction, and an appropriate amount of mud and scale stripping agent and defoamer can be added according to the scale reaction in cleaning.  C. After cleaning, the residual liquid should be discharged and rinsed with water.  D. After the condenser is cleaned, it is also necessary to add neutralizing passivating agent to neutralize the residual acid to prevent oxidation of the inner wall of the metal.  E. The cleaning time of the condenser is about 5~10 hours, depending on the actual situation.
