Shenzhen News Network News (Reporter Wang Zhiming, Correspondent Zhou Ling, Liu Yutai) The 57-story building has just been capped, and the 50-story mechanical and electrical installation has been basically completed; Before construction, play a "game" on the computer, and use BIM technology to simulate the construction, so that pipeline collisions and conflicts cannot be hidden; On-site installation is like building blocks, no more dizziness without thousands of parts...... On May 25th, the "Seminar and On-site Observation Meeting of Creating High-quality Mechanical and Electrical Engineering" of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau and One Company was held in the sixth phase of Vanke Cloud City, showing all aspects of the "intelligent manufacturing" transformation of mechanical and electrical installation in the construction industry.

Nearly 1,000 people from well-known domestic installation enterprises, quality and safety departments, provincial and municipal installation associations and industry construction associations attended the seminar, and observed the sixth phase of Vanke Cloud City project, and had an in-depth understanding of the development process and technology application of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau and One Company from Shenzhen speed to Shenzhen quality.
"Refined management process, interspersed with construction integration", building cloud information system to create "smart building"

"The most intuitive difference between our project and the traditional housing construction project is that the process is interspersed to achieve the ultimate optimization, when the main structure is 7 floors, the mechanical and electrical installation of the first floor will be basically completed......" project manager Li Hanjun introduced, the main body is capped within 6 months after the mechanical and electrical installation can be handed over for acceptance, and the interior fine decoration is also completed simultaneously, and under the same volume, the traditional construction method takes 1 year or even longer.

In this regard, Changtian Xiuzeng of China Installation Association said that in the process of mechanical and electrical installation, the Vanke Cloud City project adopts the "intelligent manufacturing" model of Cloud City with "refined management process and interspersed with construction integration" as the core, which greatly improves the construction quality and efficiency, and contributes many international and domestic advanced technologies and methods with transformative significance to the industry, which has a good inspiration for improving the development quality of the construction industry.
How is the "intelligent manufacturing" model of Cloud City forged? Li Hanjun opened the "CSCEC31A" platform on the computer and introduced that it is a building cloud information system developed by China Construction Third Bureau and a company. The system integrates more than a dozen management and debugging software used in mechanical and electrical installation and construction, which is convenient for the project management team to "simulate construction virtual construction" in advance before on-site construction, and calibrate the adjustment indicators of key components of the system in advance.

"To achieve such accurate simulations, the LOD500 precision BIM model is key. The use of BIM to assist in the review of drawings, deepening the design, pipeline collision detection and other work to eliminate problems in the bud, avoid falling into the "dilemma" of busy construction here and redesign, and more clearly coordinate and arrange between various disciplines, like a smooth flow. Speaking of this, Li Hanjun couldn't help but "sell himself and boast". After the completion of the project, the cloud platform will be delivered to the property for use, and the materials and processes used in the entire building can be seen at a glance, which greatly improves the level of property operation and maintenance.
Building a house is like building blocks, and the prefabricated "2.0" of the computer room saves time and cost in construction

The reporter learned at the observation meeting that mechanical and electrical prefabrication has become a new trend in the current construction industry, and the Vanke Cloud City project is one of the outstanding "trendsetters". Last year, the two original technologies of the M&E team, "Simultaneous Construction of Composite Riser and Concrete Structure", reached the international leading level.
Nie Shukai, the project's production manager, said: "Pipes and supports are combined into a group every three floors. After a set of risers are processed in the workshop, the installation of the risers on the three floors can be completed in 15 minutes from the top of the floor under construction with a tower crane to the corresponding floor for welding. In order to ensure the accuracy of the pipeline, the project also processed a number of stereotyped molds, just to pursue "firmer, more accurate, faster".

In the refrigeration machine room, colorful and neat and beautiful equipment pipelines like a "rainbow" attract the audience to stop and take pictures. Lin Shiwen, the foreman of air conditioning, introduced that this is the embodiment of the "2.0" technical achievements of the prefabricated computer room. Different from the previous "version 1.0" of "factory pipeline prefabrication + on-site group installation", the team divided the refrigeration machine room into six modules according to the BIM model, and erected the prefabricated modules with a frame outside the site and then hoisted them indoors for one-time meeting and molding.
"The whole process is like building blocks, the construction is not only good and fast, but also saves a lot of time and cost. This technology represents the future of electromechanical installations. Lin Shiwen said with certainty.
"BIM+AR" visualization technology, a "3D blockbuster" with super sensory experience

The exhibition areas on the first and second floors of the basement focus on all the advanced technologies and tools used in the construction of the Vanke Cloud City project, and the admiration of the audience can be heard everywhere in the venue. The "Fire Eye Fire Protection System" attracts many onlookers, and the camera, which does not look amazing, can accurately identify the fire and automatically alarm it like face recognition.

The "BIM+AR" technology exhibition area attracted many visitors to stop and stay. The reporter also stepped forward to experience it, only to see the virtual 3D pipeline model on the tablet screen and the real scene superimposed, presenting a supersensory experience of "virtual and reality overlapping". With the help of the demonstrators, the reporter completed the three "levels" of pump installation, positioning measurement and filter maintenance. Using this system, the construction personnel can complete the technical disclosure work more intuitively, and can obtain the mechanical and electrical components, construction process and design information at any time during the on-site inspection, which is convenient for the inspection of the previous process and the guidance of the next process.

In the center of the site, three workers demonstrated the operation process of the fully automatic air duct production line. A flat iron sheet is processed into air duct fittings of different shapes after folding, biting, cutting, flange fixing and other processes. The automatic welding robot can realize a variety of process welding, and at 60% production speed, it can weld 350 angle steel flanges per day, which is five times the production efficiency of a skilled welding worker. The welding quality and stability are also significantly higher than those of manual labor.
In addition, ultrasonic flaw detectors, drones and borescopes have also attracted a lot of attention.
The electromechanical "intelligent manufacturing" model once again leads the construction industry after Shenzhen's speed

Liao Xiangdong, the contractor of the Vanke Cloud City project and the general manager and secretary of the Party Committee of the installation company of China Construction Third Bureau and No. 1 Company, said that the company has built a large number of high-quality projects in Shenzhen, such as the International Trade Building, Diwang Building, Shenzhen T3 Terminal and Kerry Plaza, and for 40 years, the company's development has been resonating with Shenzhen, which is at the forefront of reform and opening up. This time, the electromechanical "intelligent manufacturing" model practiced in the Vanke Cloud City project has realized the transformation of electromechanical installation from time to space, which may once again promote the transformation of the industry.
It is understood that in 1982, when China Construction Third Bureau and One Company built Shenzhen International Trade Building, it created the Shenzhen speed of "one floor in three days", which became synonymous with reform and opening up, and pushed China's construction industry from high-rise to a new level of super high-rise; In 1992, during the construction of Shenzhen Diwang Building, a new Shenzhen speed of "nine days and four structural layers" was created, which pushed China's construction industry from a super high-rise to the international advanced level of skyscrapers. Nowadays, China Construction Third Bureau and One Company have shifted the speed of Shenzhen to the quality of Shenzhen, and continue to innovate across one platform after another.
